Frequently asked Questions

How long does it take carpets to dry and when can I walk on them?

You can walk on your carpets as soon as a few hours after we head out but it’ll be about 24 to 48 hours before the moisture has evaporated completely. We offer a carpet dry cleaning service where the carpets dry in less than 6 hours.

Should I vacuum before you arrive?

No you do not need to vacuum before we arrive. Let us do the vacumming it's our job. :)

How often should I get my carpets cleaned?

Despite regular vacuuming, allergens such as dust mites and dirt can still exist deep within your carpets as well as your upholstered furniture and area rugs. To keep your home clean and free from allergens, it has been recommended that you get your carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture cleaned at least once every year to year-and-a-half.

Do you move furniture?

All furniture must be moved prior to the cleaning. Often we go around large items such as entertainment centers, couches and beds. Some items can be moved opon request.

What type of payments do you accept?

Payments are due upon the completion of the cleaning and can be paid by credit/debit card, cash, or check. Reciepts are sent electronically though text message or email

Why do my floor need a sealer?

A sealer is a substance applied to a porous surface to protect it. If sealers are not applied regularly it becomes difficult to keep the floor clean with a mop. Ceramic tile does not need to be sealed but the grout does every year. Natural stone tile is porous and needs to be sealed every 3 years. We use an acrylic based floor finish for hardwood and laminate flooring.
